right now i have two phone bills that need payed or i could get in trouble with the law. the first phone bill is so high because i was incarserated for seven months. i really need some help.

I was accuse of rape on the  16oct09 ,i was in a relationship with this girl, we work at a nursing home together she is married ,we were messing around in a bathroom when a staffmember walk in an us ,when the person left she said to me that the person was going to tell her husband and the manager, and her husband was going to kill her ,i tried telling her that the person wont tell .anyhow she went and told the manager that i rape her and i was arrested ,i couldn,t find the bail money so i spend a month and a half in jail, i lost eveything that i work for,i never had an anpaid bill untill this happen to me , my girlfriend who was living with me move out the apartment leaving all the bills unpaid ,we talk she said she knows that i didn,t rape girl but she need time ,she is a real sweet lady and i shouldn,t have cheat on her .my life as come to a standstill,all that i have work for is gone. i have kids that i take care of, 2 in jamaica and two up here in the state, the 2 in jamaica is suffering real bad ,i was there only means of support, i haven,t given them any money for two and a half months now i don,t know how they servive ,i have unpaid rent and utilities ,i need a lawyer i got a court apointed one but i don,t think he is motivated to defend me because he is not getting paid a lot of money ,i try looking for work but as soon as i mention why i lost my job ,(i lost it because i admit i had sex an the premises) they don,t called me back ,i,m a CNA.all i do is think about this, i think about sucide but i try and remember i have kids .

I really can't believe I'm posting this, but I must be humble and believe that there really ARE some great people out there willing to help. 

Well, heres the situation. I have a job, and I am working 60+ hours a week, but it is just not enough. We have had some medical and dental bills that were unexpected, and really threw us off track. We took out some payday loans, and that really just made things exponentially worse as now our mortgage, which is $654 a month is months overdue. We owe 2,712 to bring it to current status. I owe 1,600 in payday loans(great help there...ugh) and our utility bills are actually current at the given moment, but we are COMPLETELY broke. No christmas, can barely put food on the table, and if we don't get our mortgage current, we may not even have a table to put food on....

I am writing this out of desperation and humbly ask for any kind of help. I pray to god that there is someone out there who is willing to help us out, Gavin deserves a great christmas this year, and I hope that is possible...

I am fighting for disibility. We are living on 0 income right now and bills are piling up. My son's bday is Dec 20th wich makes it worse. Can anyone find it in their heart to donate just a little for our bills. It's cold here and I am on oxygen. Thank you for stopping bye and God Bless you and yours.

Unpaid Bills

When bill collectors called me about my unpaid bills, I would not answer the telephone.  I just didn't want to talk about it.  And the collectors would call all the time.  Then I realized these people (collectors) are doing their jobs; and I started answering the telephone I told them I did not have any money, not today, not tomorrow and, "No", I do not know anyone that can loan me the money; and the collectors stopped calling so much; now they check in by the month.

I'm a single parent of two I'm in debt and in need of money I was laid off my job due to slow business and my house caught a fire and I lost my neice and everything me and my kids had in the process now I'm left with unpaid bills and not knowing were my kids next meal and place to stay is coming from

I am a single woma living in Mesa, AZ.  I own my own trucking business but that is barely surviving with the economy like it is.  I have lost my house for foreclosure, Wells Fargo really screwed me over by constantly losing my load modification paperwork, (5x's) and now the "system" put my house in foreclosure and there is nothing we can help you with.  So, they auctioned off my house and sent me a bill for $32,000 for unpaid interest.  Well this is the least of my worries not to pay WF back.  I'm about to get locked out of my building unless I pay the past due rent.  I'm past due because I'm a victim of identiy theft, and someone has hacked into my businss and personal bank accounts and wiped them out.  I have to pay $8000 by the end of April or face the highly possibility of being locked out, which would ruin me completely.  Due to my money being stolen, I am past due on my rent in the home that I live in.  I owe $1300 for April and May is just right around the corner.  I need to get my truck insurance for my business reinstated so I can operate my trucks (2).  That check bounced when my account was compromised, that amount is $1500 to get it reinstated.  I never thought being 49 years old I would have to resort to coming onto the internet and asking for money, but these are desparate times for me and I don't know where else to turn.  I don't have family to turn to, and most of my friends are in the same boat.  If there is someone out there that could help me get over this low point of my life, I would be forever grateful and most of all appreciative of the unknown help.

My name is Mike. I am a disabled 64 year old male. I am so far in debt that I cannot see straight. But I am not asking anyone for a huge amount of money or financialaid here. All I am asking for is $500 so I can get a '1-800 Dreamline' started. The company(Access Communications) pays for all advertising. If I can get at least one line running, I can eventually get myself out of debt. 

I feel that asking for a small amount just to get a proven business going, is better than asking for a huge amount. Each line is actually $425, but I rounded it up to $500 for incidentals.

Hello,  We are a family of 5 who have fallen on hard times like a lot of other people out there.  We may not be the most deserving of your help, but we would sure appreciate it.  We really just need to catch up on our bills.  We made out a budget, but it won't work until we can catch up on what has fallen behind.  My husband was laid off, found a job 2 days later and then hurt his back on the job.  He has been on Comp for over 3 months now.  We still don't know what is wrong.  I start a new job on the 28th which is great except for the daycare costs that will eat away almost half of my paycheck.  But whatever.... we are a hardworking family that has never ever asked for anything from anyone, but we are desperate right now.  Any little bit would defintely help and honestly go straight to our bills.  Thank you for even taking the time to read this.

I'm a unemployed mother of 2, who is going through school right now. I am looking for some help to get my car fixed and pay some unpaid bills until i graduate in March.

PLEASE SOMEONE HELP US OUT!!! I'M ABSOLUTELY DESPERATE!!! I'm a single mother of a 2.5 year old toddler and we are about to get evicted from an apartment we live in on June 28th, 2007 unless I'm able to pay my rent. I was a successful IT professional for over 11 years, but have lost my job at the end of March 2007 and have not been able to replace my income since. If I get evicted, I am at a big risk of also losing my son, as my ability to maintain a residence is one of the conditions for my custody court order with the other parent. In addition to that, I'm not able to pay for my son's daycare and several of my creditors have currently filed for collections and all that is greatly impacting my credit and my ability to rent anywhere. My current monthly rent is $1725 and I owe for 2 months. My bills currently run about another $1500 (daycare alone is over $300/week) but ANYTHING YOU CAN DONATE IS GREATLY APPRECIATED!!!
